Mark Knepp

With 40 years of experience in the construction industry and 24 years as a business owner, I have dedicated my career to building and creating while maintaining a commitment to quality and integrity. Growing up on a farm with a loving family instilled in me the values of hard work and humility, which continue to guide me in both my personal and professional life.

I am blessed with five fabulous children and seven lovely grandchildren, who bring joy and inspiration to my life. My wife and I have enjoyed 35 wonderful years together, and we cherish our time spent traveling and exploring new destinations.

As a Christian, my faith shapes my values and influences my approach to both work and family. I believe in the importance of building strong relationships, whether in my business or at home, and I strive to create a positive impact wherever I go.

Jeffrey Knepp

With seven years of experience in the construction industry, I have developed a strong skill set and a deep appreciation for hard work and dedication. Growing up in a blue-collar family, I learned the value of humility and perseverance, which have shaped my professional approach. I attended North Daviess High School, where I cultivated a strong foundation for my career. As a Christian, my values guide me in both my personal and professional life, allowing me to maintain integrity and commitment in all my endeavors.

I believe in keeping things professional while also fostering a friendly atmosphere in my interactions. Whether working on-site or collaborating with colleagues, I strive to create a positive and productive environment.

Darren Knepp

My name is Darren, and I am 24 years old. I grew up in a hardworking and humble family, which instilled strong values in me. I attended North Daviess High School and have accumulated 8 years of experience in the construction industry.

In my free time, I enjoy playing and following various sports, and my faith as a Christian plays a significant role in my life.
